Leadership survey on the topic of “values”

The Wertekommission – Initiative Werte Bewusste Führung e.V., together with the TUM Institute for LifeLong Learning and the Chair of Research and Science Management at TUM, has launched its annual leadership survey.

The survey has been conducted regularly by the Wertekommission since 2006 to measure the “value pulse” of German managers. The aim is to ascertain the most important values of leaders and their assessment of the influence of digitization. This year’s survey focuses on the value of responsibility: How do decision-makers view, for instance, their political responsibility?

Participation in the survey possible until June 06, 2021

Interested leaders can participate anonymously in the German-language survey until June 06, 2021. You can access the survey via this link (information in German).

In the 2020 value survey, the value of “respect” had increased in importance in view of the Corona crisis. Appreciation and a sustainable leadership style were also more important to respondents than in previous years.

Further information is also available on the website of the Wertekommission.
