The world’s first recognized Lean Six Sigma certification program, only at TUM Munich.
Six Sigma is based on scientific methods and can be applied to all types of (business) processes. Therefore, we offer our Green Belt certification for students and employees who are interested or involved in quality and productivity improvements.

Our certification course optimally combines the flexibility and efficiency of digital learning with the precision and effectiveness of individual coaching.

You can choose from three Lean Six Sigma Green Belt courses, depending on whether you are an employee of a company, a student or a job seeker:

Business Project “Medium” – For employees of companies who want to acquire the methodological competence and achieve significant improvements with financial benefits, implement this individually defined certification project, guided by a company project mentor.

Business project “Small” – For employees of companies who primarily want to acquire the methodological competence with the certification project and whose impact on the company processes and financial benefits are of secondary importance.

Certification through a predefined sustainability project for students/job seekers – You can implement this course directly on the edX platform. In addition to the course material, you will be supported in weekly online lectures by our Master Black Belt Dr. Reiner Hutwelker.
