Wood as a material offers enormous design potential for architecture and engineering. It can be used in a wide variety of ways. What fascinates me about wood is not only the aesthetic expression of the material, but also the special tectonics and the precision of digital production methods.

The Data Science program was an excellent refresher that reconnected me with the close relationship between computer science and mathematics. In just six days, an impressively broad spectrum was covered – from R fundamentals and statistical foundations to advanced machine learning methods and deep learning architectures. I particularly valued the well-balanced combination of theoretical concepts like Bayesian inference with practical applications in reinforcement learning and optimization methods. An intensive program that provides comprehensive insights into modern data-driven approaches.

It was a good mix of theory and application. I found the advice from the practitioners very helpful. Especially in the feedback sessions when we developed our projects. It was sometimes a bit overwhelming to understand all the theoretical parts of the lecture. But there are great additional resources to follow up on each topic to get a better understanding.

can highly recommend this course if you want to get a thorough understanding of the complete blockchain & DLT ecosystem – from code to governance – and explore what it takes to make it work in a business environment (spoiler alert: a lot). What I particularly liked about this course is that it was not industry-specific, which allowed me to learn how other industries use Blockchain. Also, the course provides excellent foundational knowledge in each module. The group exercise and case study were also excellent ways to apply our new knowledge and solidify our understanding of the material. This course is fine and great as introduction to Supply Chain Management. The examples and slides are enough and with professor explanation everything is smooth and fun. Professor Holly is one of the best really , I have taken her Six sigma course on udicty which was a very great course. I hope professor Holly makes a specialization (a series of courses in which she continues teaching Supply Chain).
