Our “Business Design & Innovation” certificate course prepares you for precisely this. You will learn how business design brings structure to a company’s innovation processes in order to gradually reduce uncertainties. At the end of the course, you will have a fact-based, validated draft decision for the management, which shows the results of the individual phases as well as a clear recommendation for action for the new business innovation.

At the same time, you will learn about the changing roles, developments and challenges in dynamic, cross-functional teams that the business design model entails. You will be trained and supported on the basis of the latest scientific findings on the respective special features and possible challenges of agile team development in the context of business design.
