My motivation is to make an impact on how companies can position themselves disruptively and assert themselves in the future. My career has benefited extremely from this Executive MBA as I have gained different perspectives on strategic and operational issues and had the opportunity to take part in Dell’s female leadership program.

During my 2nd semester of the Master in Management & Innovation, I worked with Schunk GmbH, which was my first experience working in a German company. At Schunk’s R&D lab, I chose the topic which was always close to my heart – automobiles and what the future of mobility would look like. And I learned more than that as I experienced what it is like to work the German way – the sheer will to innovate and the perseverance it takes to constantly be ahead.

During my studies, I was able to understand what type of leader I am and how to make a real impact on my team and my stakeholders. Most importantly, I learned how to support my team members, help them grow and become the best version of themselves.

It was a good mix of theory and application. I found the advice from the practitioners very helpful. Especially in the feedback sessions when we developed our projects. It was sometimes a bit overwhelming to understand all the theoretical parts of the lecture. But there are great additional resources to follow up on each topic to get a better understanding.

Networking truly enhanced my Executive MBA experience by introducing me to fellow classmates with different backgrounds and languages. The diverse people you get to network with during your Executive MBA enriches the discussions inside as well as outside the class environment. This program allowed me to broaden my network and tap into the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Munich and make valuable connections.

can highly recommend this course if you want to get a thorough understanding of the complete blockchain & DLT ecosystem – from code to governance – and explore what it takes to make it work in a business environment (spoiler alert: a lot). It is one of the best-organized MOOCs I have ever had. The instructors made a huge effort to provide material suitable for students from diverse backgrounds. There are required (core) videos suitable for everyone. The quizzes are not just testing your memorization skills (like other courses I had) but are testing your understanding and help you understand the material in-depth!

I am truly grateful to the ‘Technical University of Munich’ for offering such a valuable certification program in ‘Strategic Supply Chain Management in Turbulent Times’. The course provided deep insights into concepts and practical applications as well as the analytics that will be instrumental to apply in real life scenarios. Standardized methodological knowledge is not enough. Digital transformation is complex and multidimensional and different in every case.

Not only did this specialization teach me the proper techniques of accounting and the different methods of preparing an income statement, it also taught me how to learn independently, how to persevere with a problem to find ways of solving it, and perhaps most significantly, enabled me to continue to develop my accounting skills.

The Brewer Cursus was a great success! TUM has highly motivated lecturers who are very passionate about the subjects. The topics were all very interesting. The practical brewing process itself was very hands-on. We brewed in small groups. I was able to take away many tips and tricks for my small brewing operation I am planning to expand.

From day one of my practical phase, Voith showed me that they were fully involved and that what I did was a real enrichment for them. They made me understand that my work would help the company to make real-life decisions in order to become more competitive. I think, good communication and the exchange of information were the key pillars of successful project development.

Functional integration, resource conservation, lightweight construction and highly complex component designs – these features characterize additive manufacturing processes. Consequently, additive manufacturing processes are ideal technologies for sustainable and green production. In order to be able to leverage this sustainability potential, an in-depth understanding of the manufacturing processes is essential.

Even though I am studying acoustics, this online course was a good addition. It was always very interesting as I was able to dive into some topics a bit deeper than in my previous (non-virtual) courses. My knowledge on some topics became more solid and detailed.
