It is quite challenging to balance a full-time job, family life and studies. However the part-time program offered a schedule that fitted my routine, with classes once a month from Thursday to Sunday and a reasonable timeframe to deliver the modules’ assignments. However, patient safety concerns much more than just avoiding errors and certain complications. Rather, patient safety must be understood as an inherent characteristic of teams and organizations.

I found the exchange with top experts from the German BIM landscape, as well as with the course participants, stimulating, interesting and informative. The organizers mastered the balancing act between content transfer, workshops and informal discussions wonderfully.

It was very interesting to learn about the various factors of factual and human performance requirements and their effects.
