I am delighted that the new certificate program “Patient Safety” has been launched by TUM’s Medical Faculty and the Klinikum rechts der Isar in close cooperation with TUM Campus Straubing, the Klinikum St. Elisabeth Straubing and Lufthansa Aviation Training. Due to the advances made in the digitalization of medicine and the increasingly complex processes involved in treatment, the topic of patient safety is becoming ever more important in our clinics and hospitals. The interdisciplinary partnership of medicine, research and business holds the promise of innovative and dynamic strategies for the responsible handling of risks posed by modern medicine.

It is essential for companies to assess whether the “quantum advantage” provides them with a product advantage and whether the possible “quantum supremacy” may mean that their product’s technical and market conditions must be completely reassessed.

Lifelong learning does not end with the completion of a degree or continuing education program. Through our association, we maintain contacts, renew our knowledge in the spirit of lifelong learning and thus create inspiration for new concepts.

During my studies, I was able to understand what type of leader I am and how to make a real impact on my team and my stakeholders. Most importantly, I learned how to support my team members, help them grow and become the best version of themselves.

The course contributed an important boost to personal growth, and a path to new relationships. It exposed me to a rich combination of the science and practice of brewing. Engaging on-line presentations were followed by two, intensive, on-site sessions of three days each.

Progressive digitization in all areas of society also opens up numerous new attack surfaces. Comprehensive knowledge — both theoretical and practical — is needed to protect the entire digital infrastructure. This will enable us to transition to a secure digital society.

The course was very intensive. It covered all the aspect of agriculture value-chain. The professor from reputed universities on their field of expertise made the chapter cohesive, conceptual and practical. Thus, enabling the students to understand the circumstances, past, presenent and future scenario in agriculture value chain with industry-based environment. This course is a must for agri-preneurs.

Participating in this program stands out as the best highlight in my professional journey. The global network of diverse students, guidance from insightful mentors, and the program’s focus on innovation have profoundly enhanced my professional growth. It is one of the best-organized MOOCs I have ever had. The instructors made a huge effort to provide material suitable for students from diverse backgrounds. There are required (core) videos suitable for everyone. The quizzes are not just testing your memorization skills (like other courses I had) but are testing your understanding and help you understand the material in-depth!

Within this program, you get the chance to work with companies and work on your projects, so that you can actually apply the information you learned in the lectures, instead of just studying for exams and putting that information down on paper.

I liked how much passion, humor, and interest in really getting the contents across went into this course. The content of the course is different from what you learn in a normal computer science course. It’s good to learn new things. It’s also good that we can learn at our own pace at edX!
