SITE has not only given me a deeper understanding of the core elements of successful strategizing, but has also provided me with valuable concepts and tools that enable me to transfer this knowledge to my everyday professional life. In particular, I liked the combination of teaching and practice-oriented workshops.

Quantum technologies offer great opportunities but are still limited by certain physical and technical constraints. Thus, understanding quantum technologies is crucial to classify the current status and distinguish real potential from hype.

The most valuable gains from the program came from its rich program content delivered by outstanding professors and guest speakers. Strategic business management, innovation, financials, business ethics and personal development are now key in my role as a leader and coach. The mentoring program aspect of the Executive MBA has been a great addition to sharpen the strategic aspects of my professional and personal life.

I was impressed by the variety of the course content and the professional organization of the course, as well as the presentation of many different perspectives on the BIM. I particularly enjoyed the presentations of the research work, which offered a fascinating glimpse into the future.

One of my decision criteria to join the Executive MBA program at the TUM was based on the modular setup offered. The split into modules which mostly took place Thursday to Tuesday helped me a lot to manage my full-time job, focus on the Executive MBA and still spend time with my family as I have two kids.

In a future where AI and quantum computing merge, the impossible becomes possible. This course has helped me to understand the difference between science fiction and reality.

I liked that the Specialization included step-by-step exercises and tutorials. Unlike exercises where a student can succeed by simply doing as directed, the assignments foster active learning. The assignments were where I discovered whether I truly understood the material. This Specialization produces real learning.

The course was very intensive. It covered all aspects of urban mobility and related technical aspects. The professors, who are from reputed universities, made the chapters cohesive, conceptual and practical so that the students are able to understand the circumstances, past, present and future scenario of urban mobility in an industrialized environment.

This certificate is characterized by a close integration of practical experience with current scientific findings. In the joint DVFA and TUM course, participants not only gain a comprehensive insight into current trends in the field of sustainable investing, but also learn practical tools: This allows companies and projects to be directly assessed for sustainability and investment opportunities to be analyzed.

Participating in this program stands out as the best highlight in my professional journey. The global network of diverse students, guidance from insightful mentors, and the program’s focus on innovation have profoundly enhanced my professional growth. The Executive MBA program at the TUM has been extremely helpful in boosting my career path. Through the program, I increased and solidified my business knowledge in many aspects and improved my self-assessment and leadership skills. This brought me to the next level within the firm.

The course covered all the fundamentals and provided me with a broad knowledge base. Several use cases were discussed, and I was even able to create my own cryptocurrency with a few lines of code. Our excursions to the various companies on the practical weekends were also very exciting, e.g. the malt house or the hop community, and the many great discussions with the other course participants at eye level were very helpful and a good added value in this course.

Today, we face with the challenges of climate change, growing global population as well as resource scarcity. The building industry plays a decisive role in reducing CO₂ emissions. The aim of our work is therefore to highlight concepts for implementing a positive ecological footprint in the building sector.
