It was very interesting to learn about the various factors of factual and human performance requirements and their effects. Especially in the operating room, where work is often done under time pressure and with changing team members, errors can be consciously avoided through good patient safety management.

Digitization is making its way into industrial companies, which opens up great potential for production. In order to be able to harness this potential, both young professionals and experienced engineers need sound knowledge of data-driven methods. This training is an ideal introduction to the world of artificial intelligence. Its focus on use cases ensures that participants can immediately apply what they have learned to relevant data sets and to their companies.

During my studies, I was able to understand what type of leader I am and how to make a real impact on my team and my stakeholders. Most importantly, I learned how to support my team members, help them grow and become the best version of themselves.

Today, we face with the challenges of climate change, growing global population as well as resource scarcity. The building industry plays a decisive role in reducing CO₂ emissions. The aim of our work is therefore to highlight concepts for implementing a positive ecological footprint in the building sector.

My enrollment to the Executive MBA Business & IT program was driven by my passion to gain a deeper understanding of digital transformation and to expand my theoretical and practical management skills. The aim of the program is to give an insight into the German expertise and experience in the field of vocational education and training. Students will develop competencies in the design, administration and management of vocational training processes which they will then be able to transfer to their home countries and institutions.

I was able to take a lot of knowledge and inspiration with me into my everyday professional life. The only open question is which course I will attend at TUM LLL 2024.

Excellent structuring, very original tasks!

The course was very intensive. It covered all the aspect of agriculture value-chain. The professor from reputed universities on their field of expertise made the chapter cohesive, conceptual and practical. Thus, enabling the students to understand the circumstances, past, presenent and future scenario in agriculture value chain with industry-based environment. This course is a must for agri-preneurs.

The Brewer Cursus was a great success! TUM has highly motivated lecturers who are very passionate about the subjects. The topics were all very interesting. The practical brewing process itself was very hands-on. We brewed in small groups. I was able to take away many tips and tricks for my small brewing operation I am planning to expand.

Standardized methodological knowledge is not enough. Digital transformation is complex and multidimensional and different in every case.

I really appreciate TUM’s efforts to improve the knowledge of people around the world through free education.

Additive manufacturing in its already great diversity makes it possible to get from a product idea to a finished product in record time. In addition, layer-by-layer construction can create structures with the most complex geometries, in multi-material construction or with integrated functionalities, which would not be so easy to realize with conventional technologies.
