During our Strategy & Organization certificate program, you will apply essential concepts, tools, and methods of strategic management, gaining proficiency in analyzing diverse business strategies. After this module you will navigate organizational structures with confidence, crafting IT strategies aligned with corporate goals and develop a deep understanding of the strategic responsibilities inherent in a CIO’s role.

Application process:

You will receive confirmation of whether you are approved to attend the Certificate program approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of the course.

Admission requirements:

To be eligible, applicants are required to have a Master’s entry qualification (i.e. Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, Magister or “Staatsexamen”). In addition, candidates must demonstrate at least three years of relevant full-time professional work experience acquired after completing their first degree. Prior leadership experience is not a formal requirement but is considered an advantage during the admissions review. Proficiency in English is required.

Assignment:

To receive the certificate you will have to pass the assignment of the week. The exam can consist of a group presentation during the week or a written assignment after the module. Subject to change.

Creditability:

This certificate program can be credited as an elective with 5 ECTS towards our Executive MBA Business & IT.
